Itinerary

Day 1 - June 2, 2023 - Friday - D
We’ll depart Jenison Junior High at 5:00 am this morning for our exciting tour to the East Coast! We will stop at the Cleveland Zoo for some time for lunch and to stretch our legs before heading out again for Albany, New York, where we will spend our first night.
Day 2 - June 3, 2023 - Saturday - CB, L, & D
An early start this morning will find us heading east. Our first stop will be at the Minute Men Historical Park, where the opening battle of the American Revolution took place. After lunch, we head into Boston. First, we will board the “Duck”, a W.W. II-style, amphibious landing vehicle, and cruise by all the places that make Boston the Birthplace of Freedom. We will have time to explore and enjoy dinner at Faneuil Hall Marketplace before heading to our hotel for the night.
Day 3 - June 4, 2023 - Sunday - CB, L, & D
After breakfast we will head back into Boston for a tour of the famous Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox. After some lunch we will visit The Adventure Park at the Discovery Museum, for an afternoon of thrill seeking fun with 5 acres, 11 course aerial forest park with over 100 platforms connected by bridges and zip lines. We then head to our hotel in New Jersey for dinner and the night.
Day 4 - June 5, 2023 - Monday - CB, L, & D
Today, we will be exploring the “Big Apple”. We start with a visit to Battery Park, and a walk around the September 11 Reflecting Pools and Wall Street. Then onto Rockefeller Center where we will go up to the Top of the Rock for some breathtaking views of NYC. After lunch at Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square, we will take a heart-stopping thrill ride on a 70-foot speedboat, called The Beast, out to view the Statue of Liberty. Then, we will head to Philadelphia for the night, with a dinner stop along the way.
Day 5 - June 6, 2023 - Tuesday - B, L, & D
After breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe, we will do some sightseeing at its best, as we ride the double-decker bus through the historic streets of Philadelphia. After the tour we will see Independence Hall, and the Liberty Bell. After lunch we will head to Gettysburg for a guided tour of the battle field to understand the Battle of Gettysburg. After dinner we will check into our hotel.
Day 6 - June 7, 2023 - Wednesday - CB, L, & D
This morning we will visit the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitors Center and do some last minute souvenir shopping, before heading for Hershey Park. The afternoon and early evening will be spent enjoying the amusement rides at Hershey Park! Afterwards, we will reboard our motorcoach and head for home.
Day 7 - June 8, 2023 - Thursday We will arrive back in Jenison around 8:00 am. Meals Included Key: B=Breakfast CB=Continental Breakfast L=Lunch D=Dinner
